POLICY & AGREEMENT
I) Your order/booking indicates your acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

II) We are not responsible for the loss or damage of products in your order during shipping or after delivery.

III) We do not provide shipping insurance and this is accepted at your own risk. 

IV) Once Academy Access has been purchased, absolutely NO refunds are given.

V) Makeup Appointment Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

• Please carefully select products, as we do not offer ANY refunds. If assistance is needed in purchasing, we are more than happy to help. Please send an email to KingdomLuxeCollection@gmail.com .
• Before cutting the lace, try on your unit and check for the right fit. EXCHANGE ONLY within 30 days. Lace/Hair must be in its' original condition (no tint, no cutting, no product, etc.) You are responsible for all shipping fees (return and delivery).
• If you believe you have received a faulty product, please send us photos of the issues within 7 days.
